At Mtek Hygiene Pvt Ltd, we aim to deliver your order safely, quickly, and efficiently across Pakistan. Please read our shipping guidelines below.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
- Orders placed after 11:00 PM are processed the next business day.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
We deliver through trusted courier partners across Pakistan.
- Karachi: 1–3 working days
- Other Cities: 3–5 working days
- Remote areas may take slightly longer depending on courier availability.
Shipping Charges
- Free delivery may be offered on selected products or during special promotions.
- Standard delivery charges vary based on order weight and location and are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can track your parcel directly on the courier partner’s website.
Incorrect Address Policy
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, delivery may be delayed.
Please double-check your address before placing the order.
Failed Delivery
In case of:
- Customer unavailability
- Wrong contact number
- Address issues
The courier will attempt redelivery. If the parcel is returned to us, re-shipment charges may apply.

If you receive:

- Missing items
- Wrong products
